Silicon Valley, CA and Japan

Job Requirements:
BSEE or BSCS with 3+ years of IC physical design experience.
Experience with UNIX and Perl scripting (SKILL a plus).
Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso.
Analog design background is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to understand and explain technical issues.
Excellent customer interface and planning skills.
Ability to prioritize and multiplex several customer situations concurrently.
Ability to manage complex tasks to completion within time and resource constraints.
Must be a team player.

Job Responsibilities:
Participate or lead in developing new and innovative physical design flows.
Support sales with product demonstrations, evaluations and competitive benchmarks. Work with customers to accomplish design and automation goals.
Customer support includes training, problem solving and methodology guidance. Provide feedback to marketing and development from the field.
Participate at industry events.
Some travel required.
