Custom libraries can be migrated with the same ease as standard cell libraries. Any cell in your layout library can be used as a template cell for automatic pitch matching. Memory compilers comprise cells and hierarchical structures that interrelate in all three dimensions. An optimized migrated library has to conform to 2 dimensional abutment constraints as well as to overlay constraints from overlapping cells and elements. SiClone automatically migrates a complete memory compiler library maintaining all abutment and hierarchy constraints. The migration can include the memory core cell or a handcrafted target core cell.



Analog cells can either be automatically migrated using SiClone or created and modified quickly with Companion. Your library of analog building blocks can be migrated rapidly maintaining critical attributes such as hierarchy, symmetry and matching requirements.
